What Are Master Resale Rights?
Master Resale Rights gives you the opportunity to sell both the product AND the resell rights. This increases value of the product significantly, because your customer may resell the product for profit too. You own the software completely.
Other Variations:
Private Label Rights - Private label rights allow you to make another author’s work show like it’s yours by changing its content. That can vary from writing an introduction paragraph or editing the title to completely modifying it any way you want and add your name to it as the
creator (with or without the condition that you HAVE to modify the content). Anything allowing you to change the content (except branding an affiliate link) is called Private Label Rights.
Resale Rights - Resell Rights work the same as Master Resale Rights, with the exception that you may sell the product and keep 100% of the profits, but you may not sell the resale rights to your customers, meaning that they are not allowed to resell it!
What Does “Brandable/Rebranding” mean?
These are products that enable you to add your own website information directly into the product. For instance; If you have a PDF eBook that is brandable, the eBook will be accompanied by a small program that will allow you to access the inside of the eBook and place your own website links and company information on the very first page of the ebook. Similarly you ca do with Softwares and Scripts.
Will I ever pay any additional fees on the resale product that I purchase?
NO, not at all. You pay only once. The final package price includes one-time activation and processing fee and fee for the products. No further monthly fees or other charges.
Am I allowed to alter or modify any of the software or scripts?
In the case of Master Resale Right products, NO, however there are some products that offer you the opportunity to rebrand the product into your own company name. Please see the “More Info of this Product” to see the Rights included with the Purchase or else you can mail us rights@sourcecodegoods.com
Private Label Right products provide you with NO RESTRICTIONS therefore you can claim authorship and alter in any way you’d like.
All of the softwares and scripts on www.sourcecodegoods.com come with the sources code, therefore may be altered.
Can I sell the resell products on other domains such as eBay?
Yes, you have purchased products that come with full master resell rights. You are free to sell them
on eBay, or any other website, or even by email if you so choose. Some products have limitations as to minimum pricing, and package selling, these products will state their terms within the ZIP file of that product or product package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCP, PayPal, 2Checkout, and eChecks. You can select your choice of payment method in the checkout process of our store.
Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Yes. we use payment gateways like PayPal. to accept credit card payment from Internet users worldwide. You can download the eBook(s) from anywhere. Please note, however, electronic check payments are currently only available to our U.S. customers.
How will my files be delivered to me?
Immediately after your purchase our system emailed you with your login information. This is an automated process so you should receive them very soon after completing your payment. The files that you download are in ZIP format created by WinZip software.
No. Currently all of our products are only available via digital download.
Due to the nature of our products— which are digitally delivered and non-tangible goods — we cannot offer refunds or chargebacks for purchases, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any reason other than non-delivery of product.
Our download email is an automated delivery system. It sends out the download links once the payment has been completed to the paypal email address.
Please check your spam / bulk / junk email box. Our email may of been seen as spam.
Still can find our email? No problem : you can just use the Paypal “Transaction ID#” from your most recent purchase from us as your password.
My download did not work, how can I correct it?
This is rare, but occasionally does happen. Just reply to
support@sourcecodegoods.com that had your original download links in it and we will fix the download link for you.
I lost my products that I purchased, can I re-download them?
We also provide 4 additional downloads of your products, just in case you lose any of your products, or had problems with the email.

I’ve downloaded my product, what do I do now?
If your computer is running Windows XP, then you can simply ‘right-click’ on the file and choose ‘Extract Here’ from the menu that pops up. Then just ‘double-click’ the extracted file to open and read (refer to question one for file formats). We are not certain whether this method works with Windows 98 or 2000. If this method doesn’t work you may need to download ‘WinZip’ from www.winzip.com. This small program will UNZIP the files for you once installed. It also comes with a ‘Wizard’ and a help file in case you get stuck.
You’ll also need a zip utility to un-pack the zipped files. If you don’t have a zip utility on your PC you can get a Free trial version of WinZip by visiting …

Extracting a Zip file with WinZip can be accomplished in a number of ways. Here are a few methods to get you started:
Right Click - To extract your files using the right click method, locate the file you would like to extract and place your mouse pointer over the file. Right click on your mouse to launch the menu. Select “Extract to” and select the folder in which you’d like to place your files.
WinZip Wizard - To extract your files with the wizard, locate the file you would like to extract and double click the file. This will load your file within WinZip. Click on the “Wizard” button located at the top of your screen to use the wizard. Follow the step by step instructions.
WinZip Interface - To extract your files within WinZip, your first step will be to open the WinZip program. Once opened, click on the “Open” button at the top of your screen to locate and open your Zip file. Once your file is open, click on the “Extract” button at the top of your screen and select the folder in which you’d like to place your files.
